Thom Michael Mulligan is a versatile, hardworking actor and producer. He utilizes keen sensitivity, depth, and energy in every role he undertakes. He is also a multi-award winning producer of the feature film Callous, which garnered "Best Feature" film awards at numerous film festivals throughout the country, including Big Bear Lake International Film Festival, Indie Fest USA Film Festival, Riverside International Film Festival, and Oceanside International Film Festival.

Originally from NYC, this veteran actor has worked in off-Broadway productions, television, feature length, and and short films. He is president of Rolling Action Entertainment. Mr Mulligan is also a co-founder and the Executive Director of Submissions for the New Hope Film Festival in New Hope, Pennsylvania, which is headed into its 11th year in 2020!

Thom's love for film (and film makers) was key when he was invited to be a part of this fast-emerging film festival, which has been called an “Emerging Sundance East” by writer Laurie Nadel in a Huffington Post article back in 2012!

Aside from acting, Thom also writes plays and has had some acts produced. He wrote the full length play Just Dirty Laundry which was produced in 1986 in Pennsylvania and received critical acclaim! Thom has also been a roller, and ice hockey coach for many years. He coached pee wee leagues as a way of giving back to his community. Thom has also been involved in working with the Micasa Group Homes in San Diego, CA to help support kids from abusive homes in the area.

Thom is presently working on some new plays, and is also attached and in pre-production on 3 feature length films .

Some of Thom's favorite roles to perform include Willie Loman, in Arthur Miller's Death Of A Salesman, John Proctor in The Crucible, and Eric Bogosian's one man show titled Sex Drugs & Rock and Roll. His favorite movie role thus far was playing Pete Young in Callous!

Thom has a great passion for theater and looks forward continuing new, and existing work in Film and Television.
